We charge a flat rate of £3.99 on orders for UK shipping.

There is also the option of delivery within 48 hours ( meaning from when order is marked as completed. It should arrive the next day. Your contact details will be given to the next day courier) for £7.95

we offer a no quibble 30 day refund Just let us know the reason for your return and once confirmed please return your item to us.

Please note: We do not accept returns on silicone crowns, earrings, swimwear, tails and fins, hair dye, and silicone tops due to hygiene reasons

Please contact us via chat or email us to request return we will confirm your return providing it isn’t an exempt item or past the return end date
Post your item to us with address given.
Once we have received the item and checked it for its condition we will issue your refund unless it is an exchange where we will send the new item to you
